All names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are stored digitally. Any paper copies are shredded once the information has been digitally stored.
When you receive a newsletter by email, your personal data in held by the third party that I use for sending these mailings (Mailchimp). You can view their privacy policy here. At any time if you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails just click on the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
